Admission Process

At Prime Academy (ICSE), a detailed and meticulous admission procedure is followed. Parents may submit the enquiry form by personally visiting the school or via the school’s website. Only upon thorough inspection by the school (enquiry form / admission form as well as personal meeting), the child will be offered a place at the school. If parents wish to accept the offer, they must submit all the documents mentioned below along with the required fee by the date communicated. In the event of failure to follow the necessary procedures, the existing seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list. The admission form and prospectus can be procured at the front office by paying a nominal charge of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable)

Below is the list of documents to be submitted at the time of admission of both the parents as well as the child.
Please note: At the time of admission, all original documents also must be carried for verification.
All true copies must be duly signed and stamped by a competent authority (Gazetted Officer)

Please Note:
  • Submission of form does not guarantee granting of admission.
  • All admission formalities must be duly followed and completed by the parents within 5 working days of receiving the offer.
  • In the event of failure to follow the necessary procedures and timeline, the existing seat shall be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.
  • Incomplete form and documents shall not be accepted.
  • Receipts for all necessary payments shall be duly issued.
  • Fees must be promptly paid yearly / half yearly as communicated by the school.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstance.
  • School does not provide any accounts or bifurcation or separate receipts of the fee paid.
  • Duplicate receipts shall not be issued.
  • Full year’s fee shall be applicable in case of either midterm admission or withdrawal of the child during the current academic session.
  • There shall be a minimum increase of 10% - 15% in the fee amount every academic year.
