The Strength of Prime Academy lies in the humility and kindness exhibited by its Management. The school is immensely blessed to be under the guidance, nurturing and leadership of its Chairman Mr. Naresh Advani. He has over 50 years of industry experience and is a successful entrepreneur and visionary who is committed to taking India forward by providing quality education to children. It is his backing that provides the necessary impetus to the school to move forward
He believes that education is not a preparation for life but education is life itself. He especially lays emphasis on quality education, as quality is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skilful execution; it represents the wise choice out of many alternatives. These thoughts have led to Prime Academy becoming a school, par excellence for the overall development of the child, both mentally, emotionally and physically thus providing much needed stability in today’s times. The school’s Chairperson, Mrs. Deepa Advani is the engine that fuels our Chairman Mr. Naresh Advani’s passion towards providing the best education. She is a philanthropist and compassionate towards the needs of the lesser privileged. Mrs. Advani believes that God exists in tiny humans, the little things and that little acts of kindness, love and compassion can go a long way in achieving one’s goals. Pastor Paramjit Singh is a Mighty Man of God and Prime Academy School has been hugely blessed since the time he first prayed for it. He has a ministry of signs, wonders and miracles and is also a world speaker, who gives dynamic life transforming messages based on God's principles. In the year 2005 as he prayed for our school, going through piles of cement and untiled staircase there have been remarkable breakthroughs in the progress of the school. As brick was laid on brick, it was prayer after prayer that swiftly helped the school get the face of world class State of the Art Institution.
It was only his prayers that helped the school get affiliated with the ICSE Board. We follow the enlightened path led by him with great Dedication and Reverence. Prime Academy nurtures Truth, Wisdom, Learning and Understanding. Along with this Fountain of Knowledge, the school is beautifully furnished in every way as we are committed to giving our students the very best that we have. Children and Education are very dear to Pastor Paramjit Singh's heart. In his message he says, "India needs to be educated and every child needs to be educated. Prime Academy is fulfilling a part of that vision. I pray that Prime Academy spreads nationwide into several schools and colleges, with the same vision."
In his message to children he says, "Honour your parents, respect your teachers and do your best leaving the rest to God. Every child is much more precious than the outcome. Each child is unique and my prayer is that this uniqueness is nurtured in every child. Every child may not be a topper but can excel in the individual gifts given by God. I pray this for every child.” Our Director, Ms. Chaula Joshi has been an integral part of Pastor Paramjit Singh Ministries for many years and we are really Blessed & Honoured that Pastor Paramjit Singh and his wife Mrs. Moni Singh are now a part of the Prime Academy family.

Having over 50 glorious years of industry experience, Ms. Chaula Joshi is a dynamic and versatile administrator & above all a fine educationist. Her integrity, devotion, dedication and hard work are the virtues that everyone at Prime Academy upholds and emulates. All the administrative operations and processes are structured, distributed and executed via her office. Her due diligence and meticulous nature enable the smooth functioning of the complex administration of the school with precision.
Ms. Chaula Joshi is the face of Prime Academy and all parents, students, management and the entire staff hold her in high regard. Although her persona commands respect and authority, she is an extremely humble and caring person. She is a mother to everyone at school and a loving grandmother to all her children. Her sheer presence, grace and ever smiling face brightens up the day and takes away everyone’s worries. She exudes a sense of security, comfort and confidence towards all parents.

The influence of a good principal can never be erased. Our respected Principal Ms. Rehana Kazi has been associated with Prime Academy since 2009 and she is the epitome of all virtues good!
She is a loving and simple person at heart and extremely rich in character. With over 38 years of experience in the field of education and being amongst children, she has been instrumental in chiselling them into being better human beings and building a strong character. Ms. Kazi upholds the virtues of punctuality and discipline and personally ensures that each and every student adheres to the same. Being a perfectionist herself, nothing misses her eye. She leads by example and her team of dedicated teachers instinctively follow the same.
Ms. Kazi’s cheerfulness and smile brighten up everyone’s day and her affable demeanour makes it comfortable for parents and students to approach her. She loves nature and everything natural. In spite of her hectic schedule, her zest for life is unmatchable and she enjoys cooking and baking as the biggest stress busters. She is also a sports enthusiast and thoroughly enjoys watching and participating in all sports and games.
Ms. Rehana Kazi is committed in enhancing individual student’s performance and mobilising their individual talents. She believes that every student is unique and must be given the deserved freedom and liberty in their respective growth. Ms. Kazi does not believe in controlling through hierarchical authority, but forges consensus and mobilizes talents to enhance student’s performance. She has the vision to see the ideal learning and working environment, knowledge to be a leading learner, passion to make a difference in students’ lives and love & desire to help each student’s burning desire to use their full potential.
Her aim is focusing on high standards, promoting effective teaching on professional learning community by creating pyramid of interventions a maintaining and support for students, teachers and above all her boundless love for the students.

Headmistress Mrs. Jovita Creado’s humble heart and ever smiling face lights up the faces of her tiny toddlers that she cares for. She has over 30 years of industry experience and has been associated with Prime Academy since 2010.“Being a passionate headmistress of the pre-primary, I always look forward to the day to be with the little ones. My commitment to our students is to lead them with enthusiasm, excitement, fun, exploration and zeal to enable them to achieve their goals, the main one being to prepare the students to face the challenges of tomorrow and encourage them to be more socially prepared and grow to their full potential providing a education beyond one’s expectations.

The Foundation stone of Prime Academy was laid by its Chairman Mr. Naresh Advani on the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa on April 09, 2005. This was a maiden step in the field of education.
Within one year, the school was inaugurated on June 27, 2006 by the world-renowned icon of the Indian Film Industry, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan in the presence of other dignitaries. The school’s impressive structure is the manifestation of the dreams of its Chairman Mr. Naresh Advani. His passion and vision of providing the highest standards of education for children in Mumbai is unmatchable.
Prime Academy is honoured and eternally grateful to its Chief Guest Mr. Amitabh Bachchan that he could make it on time for the inauguration in spite of the monsoon and his busy schedule. The audience and children were enthralled by his life experiences and words of wisdom. On this memorable day, amidst a mammoth gathering, Mr. Bachchan released the school calendar with much fanfare. He held our students' little fingers and led them to take their 'first step' by reciting a stanza from his father and well-known poet Shri. Harivanshrai Bachchan's poem Madhushala which inspires us to focus on our goal as well as be firm and persistent to achieve it.
